K.L. Buchanan & Sons Plumbing LLC provides plumbing and heating services with a focus on satisfaction. Grant Buchanan has been on time and kept customers informed for larger projects. The team follows up before the work, gets it done timely and reasonably priced, and leaves the area neat. Kevin is the best, used since 2003 for all plumbing and heating needs. Highly recommended.
I've had Grant Buchanan at my house twice to do plumbing work and have been more than satisfied both times. He was on time and kept me informed when the project was larger than I anticipated.
What a great experience! Thanks to both gentlemen for doing such a great job at following up before the work and then getting it all done so timely and reasonably priced. They left the area so neat when they were done.... appreciated more than you know. I highly recommend them!!!
We called about a sink repair. Kevin Buchanan came over the next day and took care of the issue. My wife then mentioned another issue with the garbage disposal that I hadn’t gotten to fixing yet. He ran out to the local hardware store, got the proper part and got it fixed. Throughout the entire time he was happy, outgoing and professional. After that, he charged what we thought was too low of a price so she made certain to tip extra.
Our service was excellent and we couldn’t be happier. We will be using Mr. Buchanan again, without a doubt.
