I have chosen Greencastle Veterinary Hospital above 5 veterinary clinics/hospitals much closer to my home. I would highly recommend their hospital and staff. Grady recently had surgery and he is doing excellent. Thank you Dr. Oliver, Tammy, Samantha and technicians. You are all very caring!
I have 5 cats and a dog (now, two cats and a dog who have passed) and I've been taking all of them to this vet for as long as I can remember...at least 10 years. The staff has ALWAYS been amazing; caring, respectful and always helpful.
I've seen just about every one of the vets that they have working there now and I haven't had a bad experience with a single one of them.
The wait time for an appointment can be a little lengthy, but that seems to be the case with every vet I've had. Definitely worth the 5 stars.
I take both my cats here, the staff is awesome! I recently had my kitten spayed, the whole experience was great. They called me when the procedure was done to let me know how she was doing and when I could pick her up. When I picked her up they explained her aftercare. I've never had a bad experience.
