I went to Greencastle Family Practice for 18 years with Dr Derstine as my primary care physician.
Dr Derstine was tremendously helpful in getting my diabetes under control, and he was very quick to recognize vascular problems that required surgical intervention so I got to a doctor in time to save my limbs.
Greencastle Family practice is a wonderful place. They have professional, caring, compassionate employees.

I can't thank dr Fitzpatrick enough, he listens to me and has helped me more than any doctor I have ever been to. The receptionist are polite and friendly to talk to. Never have to wait to be seen
I called at 4:00 pm to be seen asap due to an infected insect sting. They said come in at 7:30. I was in and out in 15 min with a script called to CVS for an antibiotic. Gracie was so efficient and caring. This is a great practice🙏👍👍👍
