Highly recommend! The most important part of choosing a company is knowing how they handle it when things go wrong. Finesse did 2 of our floors last fall and one of the products did not match the sample. It was the correct floor but the manufacturer slightly changed the product and did not update the sample. The floors looked great and they did a fantastic job installing, but it just was not what we truly had wanted (darker and slightly different in pattern). When could not find something we liked within that line, Mike fought to get them to pay for a different manufacturer. Mike went to bat for us and Stephanie helped us find a better option. Just had Finesse Flooring put carpet in my home for the second time. By far the best group of people to deal with from Stephanie in the showroom to Tim the outstanding installer. Mike (the owner) runs a business that truly goes out of their way for their customers. I highly recommend!
