Olsen Mechanical installed our split A/C system this past week; and I only have kudos for the process from our first meeting with Bob through the end of the install. Bob was patient as I decided what type of system to choose; he was very forthcoming and informative regarding the choices. The installers, Charlie, Austin and Scott were friendly, curteous, thoughtful and industrious; completing the installation in two days and always cleaning up at the end of the day. Bob Olsen, his son Scott and team did an outstanding job installing a multi mini-split ductless whole house HVAC system. Two outside units and five inside. All top of the line Mitsubishi. They went out of their way to install the bedroom units (all 4) in such a way so that the tubes and wires were run through the closets and into the basement, thus avoiding it running on the outside of the house and not looking as nice. The heat has been working great and very efficient compared to my old baseboard electric. Looking forward to enjoying a comfortable summer with my new system! No more window units for me!
