KUDOS to Best Contracting!! Best Contracting did an excellent job on replacing my roof, back siding and gutters around my house. My contact person was Nate Petty, who was very professional and easy to work with throughout the three-phase project that was done on my house, which resulted from a hail storm. He was professional, patient, efficiently communicated with me all work that was to be done and a strong advocate on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary replacements were done and not just a patch job which the insurance company was trying provide. The attic in my home was unbearably hot. After showers water ran down the walls. Mike from Best Contracting thoroughly investigated the situation and determined I had inadequate roof ridge ventilation, nor did I have proper ventilation from the bathroom ceiling exhaust fans to the outside vents. I got 2-3 estimates but I was confident with Mike. He went into that exceedingly hot attic, got measurements inside, and on the roof. He answered my questions with clarity, and patience, was clear as to what needed to be done to correct the problems. Nate was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Best Contracting showed up when scheduled, on time and with a full crew ready to work. My new roof and attic fan was installed in one day and looks great. I am very pleased with the company!
