I highly recommend Freedom Heating & Cooling LLC. They provided me with a high level of professionalism, communication, and a reasonable price. I priced multiple different companies and found Freedom Heating & Cooling to be the best price overall. Justin Ballou provided exceptional service. Justin Ballou the owner communicated throughout the process so that I would knew exactly what was going to happen, when and why. He was on time for every appointment, cleaned up so well you wouldn't have even know he was there. He went above and beyond what I had expected. Additionally, Justin provided a detailed breakdown of everything that was going to be part of the full install...read full review
I had been told by a large AC Co. that I needed the coils in one of my inside units cleaned. I was quoted an outrageous amount. I called Justin at Freedom Heating & Cooling and he came out, checked my system and gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was completed and my system is running perfectly. I definitely will be supporting this local small business and will recommend him every chance I get.
