I needed a locksmith for a new building to install an electric striker system on the front commercial aluminum door to let clients in and a code lock on a rear steel door.
I called (3) local companies. Only Vans was able to perform the installation the most secure way which was to cut into the edge of the door frames to mortice out a space where the deadbolt/latch get inserted which requires a special tool that only Vans had. (If you can't mortice out the edge of the door frame, the option and less secure method is to drill a hole for the deadbolt/latch to go through.

A shout out to this local business that always treats me with respect (my handy man skills are lacking.) From the moment I walked in today, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They quickly understood what I needed and provided a solution that was both affordable and high quality. I also received a quote for in home service if i needed it, all costs explained in detail.
It’s rare to find a business that combines expertise with such great customer care and quality products. We are lucky to have this shop in our community, I think 80 years and counting now.

Was referred to them and glad I was. I needed a commercial door cylinder and a spacer. The entire team there was awesome helping me figure out what I needed via photos and text messages. Decided to go into the store. Got what I needed. Has an insane collection of different keys. Probably in the thousands of different types. Will certainly use them again when needed. Big shout out to Matt, Debbie and Dave.
