Repeat customer for multiple years… yesterday We had three trees removed, and three new ones planted, as well as some landscaping. Yard looks amazing! What a transformation!! Our flagstone patio had settled unevenly, and water was starting to pool toward the house. Every estimate we received suggested tearing up the entire patio—from front to back—to correct the grading issues caused by the old concrete pad underneath. (Gotta love 80-year-old Glenside homes!) We also had pitch problems due to the garage pad.
Dave and his team took a smarter, more efficient approach. They were able to adjust the pitch and lay new stones that look phenomenal—without disturbing anything toward the front of the patio. Highly recommend!
I have used Triad several times for tree removal and pruning. They have come out promptly for storm cleanup and to quickly assess and take down a tree that was partially snapped by the wind, before it fell on the house. Triad is very responsive, easy to work with, and prices are fair and upfront, with no pressure. I highly recommend Triad.
