Came out for an estimate, clearly explained everything, and re-routed some old plumbing to help us make the best use of a cramped space. A bit of homework showed the estimate was competitively priced.

I had the pleasure of meeting and engaging Jeff to take care of an old cast iron waste pipe. He was professional, courteous and skilled in the replacement and clean up afterwards. I would not hesitate to give this plumbing contracting company my highest rating, which I don't often do. It was especially easy to arrange for an estimate, scheduling and follow-up communication with start job duration before, and just prior to Jeff's arrival saving all the hassles of have to endure multiple back and forth phone calls. He picked up the phone every time I called without having it go to voice mail.

Jeff’s service was excellent. Since my English is limited, all of our communication had been through email, and his replies were always very quick and clear. He handled the replacement of our kitchen garbage disposal with great care and attention to detail, and even helped reorganize the pipes under the sink to make the space more efficient.
