Jeff’s service was excellent. Since my English is limited, all of our communication had been through email, and his replies were always very quick and clear. He handled the replacement of our kitchen garbage disposal with great care and attention to detail, and even helped reorganize the pipes under the sink to make the space more efficient. Jeff Diem from Russell Brothers is awesome! He updated our 70-year-old plumbing by installing shut off valves at all faucets and replaced our old faucets with pressure balance valves. No more super-hot water in the shower when someone flushes a toilet. Yay!
