Been here 4 times and had 3 different people cut my hair. The first 3 cuts were really good, but the last one left my hair uneven and framed my head in a weird shape for weeks (way too much left on top, like a not-curly version of the stereotypical gen z haircut). Probably gonna try somewhere else for a bit, but very open to coming back at some point.
Edit: Revising up to a 4 after coming back and finding someone who consistently gets my hair perfect

I took my son, Milo, for his first haircut yesterday at Ralph’s. He is 2 y/o and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him actually sit still but he did! Evelyn was wonderful, patient and kind and his hair looks GREAT!! Thank you!!!

I love the place! Everyone is always SO nice and they give great haircuts. The shop is clean, always bustling with energy, the music and atmosphere are great, and my kids love to talk baseball with Ralph.
