I wrote this review on Fresha, their online booking agent and it was never posted. So I can only assume that they are somehow holding reviews back over there to make things look better.
This is hard to write, but I am mortified about my hair. It's nothing like the picture that I showed - a full 2 inches shorter than what I asked for. In the back, I don't think I have even an inch of hair to work with, and the front just hangs. I was looking for low maintenance hair that I could easily style with my blow dryer round brush, which is what I told my stylist that I use exclusively. I don't even have enough hair to use that tool.
I am so embarrassed and I have no idea how to style my hair. I am dreading going to work on Monday.

As my very first time going to this salon im very unhappy with the experience coming in from another state on a visit for the holidays I had wished to get the look and experience I wanted which was a balalage with more blond hair all I got was very little blond on one side of my hair mostly. All at the ends of my hair it turned out white at my ends and barely at all noticeable at all I was under a heat lamp a hour and a half with no improvement I mentioned for the idea that enough toner may do some good. But ,ofcourse I had very little blond anyways. She I dont remember her name black hair with cap on head. Im sorry about not remembering her name. But ,she also teased the crap out of my hair to put blond in it. Saying it was her special technique she does. Lord iv never ever heard of anyone doing that to make the blond go in better as she'd said. Id even mentioned how my hair gets tangled up easily she didn't cut my hair right. Its gapped up she seemed to be in a big hurry. I had taken 2 pictures to her n showed her multiple times how I had wanted my hair exactly done she said yes I can do it. It was nothing like in the pictures in front of her face at all she wouldn't listen to me for anything at afterwards 😒 😐 🙄 so I had to leave just accepting the disappointment pretending to be happy. Because I wasn't getting anywhere with her i feel shes very inexperienced n it costed 280.00 but ,im glad I now know the experience and wont ever be back thier again Even got no compliments when I got home. No one noticed one difference in my hair. So I want give any good reveiws for this place lucky I even give one star if I could it would be 0 stars I hope people think before going to this salon. Maybe only certain regular customers get great results or with different employees 🤔

I'm a guy, so take my 'salon experience' with a masculine grain of salt... Lol. It's a great place to get your hair cut! The lady who cuts my hair has literally been doing it for 20 years, and I followed her there from her own shop, to a different shop, finally to here... and the point is they attract excellent stylists, and provide a good environment to serve their customers. Is it as cheap as a supercuts, no, but I think you get more for your money here as the entire staff is fantastic, and nearly like family as they know everyone by name.

I went to this salon to get partial top highlights, and my hair was burned. Unfortunately, the stylist was doing someone else’s highlights at the same time as me. She ended leaving the foils on me for over 1 hour. When she took the foils off, my highlights were pure white, and the hair was wrinkly, and weak. She said she had to add a toner which I did not agree as part of the original service. Of course I had to pay for a toner I did not request. I ended paying $300 for partial highlights. If you book a color here, please make sure your stylish does not work on another color while she is doing yours

I have been going to Bonnie for over 10 years and am SO happy she opened her own salon. The place is open, bright and everyone is so friendly. Highly recommend going...it's definitely a neighborhood gem!
FYI…all the amazing color and cuts she’s done for me over the past 3 years!

Kelly and the staff at Salon Bloom do such an amazing job. Very friendly through the entire visit. Always a clean and safe environment. My satisfaction is their top priority and it shows!

I just had my first experience this past week and I will be going back without a doubt. It was so relaxing and my hair cut came out amazing! (And I had some BAD pandemic hair!).
