We love this dog grooming studio! The staff are always very kind, communicative, punctual, and they always do a great job. We have a large and very hairy dog, and we spend a lot of time outdoors. We have always been more than pleased with how our dog looks and feels (and smells!) after every visit. I highly recommend Puffy Paws to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality groomer.

Our fluffy American Eskimo is petrified of going to the dog groomers, but Kelly takes the best care of him every time! (Please note we have her shave him down so he isn’t fluffy due to medical purposes, that is what we request from her!)

We moved to a new area of Pittsburgh and were so sad to leave our previous groomer who worked with our anxious girl Ellie to help her get more comfortable with grooming. But the first time I brought our pitbull mix into Puffy Paws, they said they were so happy to have her breed which made me so excited as some groomers aren’t the most welcoming of dogs like her! We’ve been there twice now for monthly grooming and the second time Ellie was SO happy to get inside. She never seems anxious or scared when leaving, and for a rescue with a rough past who hates being groomed, that’s so important to us.
