I called to see if they had a direct connect drain tail pipe, explained what I was trying to do, they knew just what I was talking about. Arrived at their store, showed the picture of what I needed, they grabbed it right off the shelf, asked about any extensions available and they had that too. Went home, installed and the parts fit better than any bought at HD or lowes. Very pleased with the products and service!!

Michelle was busy with another customer on a Saturday in Glenshaw, but after I waited we talked for >1hr. She showed me lots of faucets and shower heads and I finally decided on a Delta. I am so pleased with them . They fit my 100 year old home. The shower is so luxurious. They were pretty expensive, but so worth it. Thanks splash!

Knowledgeable, courteous group of guys, willing to take to their time and answer questions. Over 9 months I've ordered three Kohler choreograph tub surrounds all showed up in a reasonable time and undamaged. Supply store with all your plumbing needs!
