Kevin was amazing!!! Our heater stopped working on a holiday, Kevin came out that same day and got us a quote to have it replaced (it was 25 years old so we already had been told by others and knew it needed to be replaced). Got us the quote the same day and it was installed the following day. Not to mention Kevin's quote was about half of the other quotes we have received. Will 100% be recommending and using his services again.
After coming home late Thursday evening I realized my central air was running but not blowing cold air. Early the next morning I began calling companies with little confidence I would get someone to come out before the weekend without paying emergency rates. After getting a few voicemails at other companies I called Sullivan's at 7am and was shocked when Kevin personally answered the phone. Kevin said he would swing by late afternoon which he did. My elderly father is a retired AC tech and I have pretty high expectations. While the unit is old and ultimately needs to be replaced, Kevin got it up and running at a very reasonable market price. Kevin was awesome, no air in the middle of a heat wave could make you crazy. He came by right on schedule and was able to fix the air and everything is cool again. Super nice and was able to explain what happened so even I could understand. No one is touching my heat or air conditioning other then him!
