“I never wrote reviews but this office deserves recognition. First off, the front receptionist was so welcoming and very helpful! She made sure I was all taken care of and even talked to me while waiting which I really appreciated. The Dr was awesome and made me feel comfortable while also being very informative. I ordered contacts today from the very nice lady in the back and she was also super helpful and even shared her lotion with me lol. I would come to this office just to hang out with the staff. I always got the appointment time and date I needed which is great because I am a full time student and have a job that is hard to work around. Will definitely be switching locations after my experience here.“

“My first visit in Dr. Yannelli's Downingtown office was exceptional! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. The waiting room is relaxing, bright, and soothing. My appointment was to be fitted for contact lenses for the first time (I'm in my 40s!), and I had some anxiety about it going in. I booked my appointment after reviewing the website, and having a wonderful phone conversation verifying Precision would be the right place for me. My expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. Dr. Yanelli is not only incredible knowledgeable, she's passionate about what she does. She is a natural in teaching patients about eye care and eye health. Her kind and patient manner and the time that she took to present my options was something that I have never experienced before in an eye exam. I used to consider myself squeamish about eyes, but Dr. Yanelli made everything very approachable and practical. The area to practice putting in and taking out my contacts was so fun (yes, I used the word fun!). They really make the process positive, and it was exactly the experience I needed to get over any hangups and anxieties I had about contacts and touching my own eyeballs. Nancy was wonderfully patient with me during my practice session. I cold easily have seen myself giving up or thinking contacts "weren't for me" if I had not been in the right atmosphere with the right people. I cannot believe that I am typing this, without wearing glasses! I am grateful that Dr. Yannelli is in the area, and that she has created such a warm environment with the best staff (everyone there is fantastic).“

“Our Pediatrician recommended our 3 year old get checked, so after looking through reviews I decided to try Boas out since some reviews mentioned they were good with kids. I was amazed how well the staff did with my son! They were all so kind and patient. Dr Tyler did a wonderful job working with my son who at first was not having any part of an exam. We found a video on my phone that my son was very interested in and Dr Tyler went with it. He adapted his exam so well to help get all the information he needed while using my phone to keep my son's attention. I highly recommend them especially for kids! I'll definitely be coming here in the future!“
