We go a fair offer compared to other contractors in the area. It wasn't the cheapest but the most thorough and by far the easiest to contact. The first was roof repair for a couple areas on a 8-year-old roof installed by another contractor. Lenny was up on the roof with me looking for the trouble spots and explaining what needed to be done, with a good and accurate quote. His experienced crew came out, did the work, fixed the leaks, and followed up.
