Jonathan came out to help us solve a smoke issue with our wood stove and we are so grateful! He answered my call immediately and got us on the schedule quickly. When he came out, he was thorough, extremely helpful and a joy to work with! We learned a lot about care and maintenance going forward and he will be our first call in the future whenever we need our next cleaning or have any more questions. Thank you Jonathan! ?

We had a mama raccoon move into our chimney and had babies! I knew I needed to find a chimneysweep/repair as soon as she vacated so I called Safe-T-Sweep and Jonathan answered right away (no answering service). He was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone and said to call back when all was clear. I found out around 2:30-3pm that she had moved her babies out of the chimney the night before so I called him back. He rearranged his schedule and was at my house within an hour. He capped the chimney and repaired the other side as well. I would highly recommend Safe-T-Sweep for an honest, well-serviced job. Thank you so much Jonathan.
