Pinnacle Veterinary Hospital is truly exceptional. The doctors and staff are tremendous; kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took such wonderful care of Everly and made the entire experience completely stress-free for her, which means everything to me as a pet parent. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and treat each animal with compassion and respect. I’m so grateful to have found a veterinary hospital I trust completely. One of our Dogs broke her front paw playing with our other dog, Pinnacle was recommended by our vet and a friend who is a vet. Pinnacle was very carring and supportive of our high energy dog during the 8 weeks of weekly split replacements. I would highly reccomend their services.
We have unfortunately become very familiar with Pinnacle and the staff over the last few years, from the ER, to GI, to Neurology, but they are the absolute best all around. They have never made me feel like a crazy lady when I worry and stress about my guy. They are always so kind and reassuring that I made the right call to err on the side of caution. They treat my guy like family and always give him all the love. He is like a celebrity; everyone knows him there! <3 Oh and they always go over pricing BEFORE they charge so I am never surprised. 10000/10 recommends.
