“We had to replace carpet in a bedroom/playroom after some water damage. We drove down to Carpet One after checking a few other big chains and getting bad vibrations. Andy Stewart was waiting at the desk for customers and he helped us graciously in the store; on the phone when I had questions; and at our house when he came to measure and plan the installation. We had borrowed a couple sample books and were able to make our best choice. We were not buying expensive carpet, of which there are many possibilities. But we did want a good value and outcome for this room. We had a very good experience when homeowners sometimes get into big problems with this. “Called them to come give me a quote and after my initial discussion I knew they were who I wanted to do my floors. My living room needed to be redone and they started quickly after.
