I went there bc my ears being clogged for 3 weeks or more. The staff was brilliant, very kind and respectful. But the doc not so much. They came in wearing not 1 but 2 mask and didn't even want to be bothered by me. When I tried to explain what I see in my otoscope with my ears she basically blew off my concerns and rushed me out of there like I had the Plague. So unfortunately I will not be going back there.
The staff very is professional, and seem to care about you. I was seen by PA-C Marissa Weaver, again very professional and experienced, she knew exactly what prescribe after she diagnosed that I acquired pneumonia. If anyone ever needs urgent care, I highly recommend this facility!
The staff is incredibly kind at this practice. From the client service representative (unsure of her name), to the nurse Shannon, to the amazing PA Emma. I had a bite wound on my hand and was seen, treated, and discharged promptly. Despite working in the medical field myself, I have difficulty with needles and my own procedures. Everyone was very compassionate, explained each step, and made sure I was comfortable. I hope not to have to see Urgent Care in the near future, but would definitely go there again.
