Charlie is great to work with. Very friendly and professional. He definitely cares about his customers. He puts tarps down so not to mess up my floors. Advised of best location to put my fires so that I don't get as much smoke in my house, and even cleaned out my fireplace and ash shoot. Also very reasonably priced. He was incredible to work with. I bought a home in the area with a wood stove and wanted to get the Chimney cleaned. I called him and 2 other local businesses for a quote and timeline. The other companies were more and they couldn't give me a good timeline to come out. One of the other larger companies in the area told me if I wanted it done soon and cheaper good luck(They were the most expensive out of the companies and I spoke to a very unknowledgeable dispatcher/scheduler by the way...Not someone who actually does the work).So when I contacted Perkiomen Valley Chimney he asked me more questions that gave him an idea of my situation and was out within less than a week...read full review
