Technician didn't speak English, had to speak to his supervisor on his phone. Didn't have the part on truck,wanted to make another appointment and charge us over $200 for a compression fitting. Which only costs $2.99 at Home Depot.
Our refrigerator stopped working a couple of weeks ago and we called New Hanover Appliances Repair after calling a couple of other companies (including the store we bought it from) and we were told by those other companies and the store that it would be another one to two weeks before they could even send out a technician to look at the fridge. As a result, we called up New Hanover Appliance Repair and we were told they could be there the next day to evaluate. The technician called us a half hour before he arrived and was on time.
