DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I can not stress that enough. I had an annual eye exam and had an issue with my old contacts that I’ve worn for years with no issues but they were irritating my eyes. The doctor offered to give me a trial pair that were slightly different, to see if they were any better. After five days of wearing them I decided to go with the new contacts as they weren’t irritating like my old, one a days. I called to get pricing on the new ones as I already checked prices on line and found drastically different prices for the same contacts. Over the phone I went over every detail with the staff member to ensure accuracy. They quoted me the price which I thought was high and asked if they took into account my insurance. Turns out they didn’t. After they took into account my insurance contribution they gave me the what I thought was the accurate price which was slightly lower than what I could get online so I authorized them to order. They mentioned the contacts would arrive 7-10 business days which was great. I got a text that the contacts were in so I drove over to pay and pick them up. The receptionist got my order together and told me the total which was much higher than what was quoted. I questioned the total as I thought they made a mistake. I didn’t bring the paperwork with me that I wrote everything down on so I decided to hold off picking them up, simply to make sure I was remembering correctly I wanted to check my notes. The receptionist mentioned that they quoted me the wrong price. The quoted price was for my old contacts and the price was hand written on their paperwork and then crossed out. After checking my notes to make ensure I was remembering correctly, I decided to call and speak to a manger. I spoke with Chris. He was kind and I asked for an explanation as to how this happened and he explained to me that they quoted me the cost for my old contacts even though I went over every detail with them but somehow ordered the new more expensive ones. It doesn’t add up. I found the same exact contacts online for much cheaper. They’re ripping people off. Plain and simple. Don’t go here!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. From the front desk to check out, everyone is very nice. Very calm atmosphere, wonderful front desk, awesome ophthalmic technician. I was blown away and will forever come back

I’m so grateful to Dr. Richard Christoph, O.D. at Complete Family Eyecare for his quick and compassionate care. He noticed a serious issue with my optic nerve during a routine exam and urged me to go to the ER — even gave me his personal number for follow-up.
Thanks to his fast action, I got treated right away, and my vision is already improving. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

New patient here! The staff is beyond friendly/nice and my visit ran very smoothly. The receptionists, the techs and Dr. Zerfass were great. The woman who helped me order my contacts and glasses was super helpful and kept me informed on pricing and what is covered by insurance or not! Highly recommend(:

If you are a father they treat you like you do not exists. They do not even talk to you and when you try to ask question they give a look of how dare you .. don't you know your place. They only talk to the mother. Cause i guess all fathers are dumb and don't know anything about their children well There are alot of fathers that are envolved even if Complete Family (except fathers) Eye care does not think so Just sad and i tried to talk to a Doctor and i got ignored the whole time during the Eye examine for my children .. Do better Complete Family Eye care ... Or change your name since it is not Complete Family.....

Friendly nurses and doctors. They also are very good at checking eyes to make sure they’re healthy. They have seen eye pressure possible glaucoma in my eyes they sent me to specialist to make sure my eyes will be okay! I feel safer and better knowing I have a doctor who cares and make sure my eyes are healthy.

This was my first and final time coming here. Sure the staff is nice, but they have no idea on billing. Changed the price of my glasses 3 times when I was there trying to pay for them. Then receive a call few days later saying they forgot to charge me for an ‘upgrade’ and I owe them more. Days later I get an additional bill in the mail for something else related to the prescription. I’ve been wearing glasses all my life and never had such a run around with billing.Also should mention I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. My time is important also.
