I am loving my membership with Massage Envy, Richland Mall. I've gotten several massages with Mary and she is the absolute best masseuse I have ever had. We also recently got facials and it was a wonderful relaxing experience. My Daughter had Hannah and she was so good with her being it was her first facial. Very professional and friendly. I had Pinky and she was amazing as well. I have not had a bad or questionable experience yet and I don't expect to. The front staff has always been so nice and helpful. I love it there.

I had a wonderful massage with Tiona, she was friendly and gave a wonderful, personalized massage. She listed to where I said my areas of issues were and focused on them and gave me many great suggestions. I would definitely recommend her. Front desk associates were also friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience.

Jon is the absolute best! Since I started at massage Envy I have booked Jon almost every time. He is very good at listening to what’s going on with you and your body, and giving you the appropriate style and pressure you need that day. I have gone to Jon when I really need knots worked out and when I just want to relax, and I am never disappointed! I always leave feeling refreshed and cared for, definitely 5 stars! Thanks Jon!
