Highly recommend Matt to be your realtor! I have worked with Matt since 2019 and I could not be more pleased! Back in 2019 Matt helped me purchase my first home, and now we have officially sold my first home. Currently I am not in the area, which was no issue at all for Matt! Matt has made it feel as if I was there the whole time: between docusigns, phone calls, text messages, emails Matt has not skipped a beat. After taking a job offer in Maryland & deciding that I did not want a long commute, I decided to sell my home, I was worried about the length of time it would take to sell. There was no need to worry! My home went under contract very quickly and my RE/MAX of Gettysburg agent handled everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend this office.
