Adam was nice and answered all my questions. Our technician Jake was friendly and knowledgeable. Something of note, there no dispatch fee for less than an hour; however there is a travel fee. So when it was all said and done we paid for 2 hours of actual service and 1.5 hours of travel time.
I just had a Hot Water Heater replaced. The crew showed up on time .I was given a call in advance to let me know who would be showing up which was very thoughtful. The gentleman were very courteous and respectful of my carpet , cleaned up afterwards and shared info on the unit. From my initial call I was given a quote of what services I needed , what the cost would be and when services could be provided. I was put on the schedule in a timely fashion. Hot water is a necessity we take for granted.

My heat stopped working and it being freezing out I needed someone out as soon as possible. Peak answered the phone immediately and had Mike out in less than an hour. Mike was very knowledgeable and kind. He even took the time out to teach me things about my furnace being a new first time home owner. He didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need and was through before he tried fixing things that wouldn’t have been necessary. I will definitely being using them again in the future.
