My uncle lived in Gettysburg and we were the closest family he had (5 hours away). Naturally I asked some of my Uncle's friends & Monahan's Funeral Home came highly recommended. I now know why, from beging to end the entire staff was professional, kind, helpful and made me feel as if they were family and went over and above making sure my Uncle Mike's funeral was a perfect home going.

When my dad passed unexpectedly, my sister and I had to arrange his aftercare from all the way across the country. Wayne at Monahan was exceptionally helpful and compassionate. He responded to all our questions quickly and thoroughly, and he was very understanding and professional in handling a challenging family situation. Obviously the death of a loved one is never a good time, but I appreciated knowing that my dad was in good hands and his remains were being treated with respect and dignity. Thank you, Wayne.

They were amazing compassionate and walked us through every step... they offered us what was best for us as a family, we didn't have to worry about anything they took care of every detailed thank you Wayne..
