during this miserable shelter in home my friends 92 yr old father had a heart attack...the same day the freezer went ka-plooey. A call to McGlaughin's and they were there WITHIN THE 1/2 HOUR!! The part was ordered and they were back the very next day to fix!! My friends father is still in the hospital but McGlaughlin did mighty work to ease the terrific stress. Thank you so very much!!
I have had several opportunities to use McGlaughlin's Appliance and can honestly give them my highest recommendation in terms of timeliness, quality of work, and cost. I have recommended their service to many of my friends
We have used McLaughlin several times now at out coffee shop and bakery. Very effieicent and expiedient. The two Service repair men that responded for us at separate times were both very friendly, and knowlegable, quick to diagnose our issues each time.
We would have given 5 stars, but our only complaints would be their lack of communications with us. We have been told several times they would always call before responding, yet they have not once, one time we didnt even know the repairs were made until we called to ask when they were coming only to be told, its already fixed.
