Had a new HVAC system installed in December 2025. Ken and his staff were patient, professional, and responded to all of my questions thoroughly. I plan to use them again for future service.
Five stars isn't enough for the entire crew at Ken Adams. From start to finish they exceeded our expectations. Their technicians arrived at the time promised and were incredibly professional and thorough. They left no mess at all and even cleaned up our basement floor, which was such a nice and unexpected surprise! The invoice was detailed and concise, and came in less than we were expecting for our slight emergency repair. All in all, we can't say enough good things about the team at Ken Adams. This is the second time they have saved the day for us, and we will continue to recommend them to everyone we know!
I have been using Ken Adams Mechanical for all of my plumbing and mechanical needs since the heatwave of May 2021. In addition to their technical expertise, I also greatly appreciate that they will bend over backwards to accommodate emergency/urgent situations.
May 2021 Backstory:
I called a local HVAC dealer who advertised they worked on Carrier. They (not Ken Adams) sent a serviceman who collected my $100, took a few pictures and called in a salesman to put together a quote for a new system.
