My dogs are regular visitors at Gettysburg Animal Hospital…not only for healthcare, but for many overnight stays. The staff is remarkable and demonstrate such care. It is very well operated; I have never had to wait. Our appointments are always on time! I would highly recommend them for all services!

Took my niece and her new cat Noelle here for a checkup. Easy to find, cool building design. The staff was friendly and attentive. Great service with competitive pricing.

Got $500 to blow? Charged me $500 to run zero tests on my dog with fever and nausea and sent her home with Valium. Told me most likely I'd have to get my 3 year old dog put down for what she didn't know. $500 the lady at the desk said. I looked at her like she had two heads. Most at the most $250 I'm thinking in my head. She said can you pay that? I'm thinking if I don't PA state troopers will seek me out, I have no choice and paid. The vet is very cold and detached. Read all the reviews of a place before you go. $500 for a best guess and fingers crossed. Dog is fine it bounced back on her own a few days later. But that vet had written her off as a lost cause and charged me card blanche to experience her lackluster professional advice. Believe me when I say they know from the moment you walk in how much they want to take from you.

I have a 5 year old German Shepherd -Siberian Husky that I just started taking to GAH.. I'm definitely happy with taking her there, but there were a few things that threw me off My first impression was that the lady that took me back to the room the 1st time was very stand offish.. not very friendly and second that they do not offer a flea and tick plus heart guard.. my pup has always had Nbjp9⁶ça heart guard so we will be buying it online... NexGuard has worked wonders for my pup. But over all I'm happy with the service that they have given my pup... Definite A+ compared to other vet offices ❤️??

If you bring your animal here and he or she needs medication my recommendation is have them euthanized because getting your hands on the medication easily will be more of a headache then you can imagine they will not fax prescriptions to chewy or PetMed granny place else you have to pick it up hard copy and then mail it in. And if you use their online pharmacy it's a big circular joke. Leaving you without medication for your animal.
