My family has used Pagano for several services for loved ones, but this is the first time I had first hand experience interacting with the staff. We had my mother's services there this past week, and they were very professional, but also patient and understanding while we worked through the grieving process. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat.

This funeral home is simply amazing! They are super understanding in the situation, you can say little to no words and they know exactly what you want. Peter, Shawn, Carmen, and Vicky have been nothing but supportive to my family. If they can do it trust and believe they’ll get it done and if they can’t they will do everything in their power to make it happen. They make your loved ones look as if they’re peacefully resting and just as you remember them and they have a playroom for small children if you have to bring them . Last month, my sister and I worked with Pagano for our mom's funeral. Before her passing, we knew she wanted Pagano. Now we see why. It is a gorgeous funeral home. I can't speak highly enough about every staff member we encountered at Pagano. Everyone was kind, compassionate and helpful. They walked us through every single step in the process and took care of every single detail. They definitely made such a painful time as stress free as possible for me and my sister. I would recommend Pagano without hesitation to anyone.
