Scott and his crew put in an HVAC in my house 5 years ago and it's been issue free after the recent heatwave my compressor went out and I contacted Scott about the issue he responded to me at 9:00 p.m. at night and told me he would try to get somebody there first thing in the morning to look at the issue. True to his word they were out at my house at 6:30 in the morning and looked over the unit and discover that the compressor was not functioning properly. They promptly ordered a new compressor and a day later contacted me and asked if they could come out and install the new one and I said certainly. Scott & Dakota and team are the best around! In addition to using them personally, I manage a townhouse rental agency and we utilize Sheaffer Mechanical for all of our plumbing/HVAC needs. They're quick to respond and they always do what it takes to make sure we're back in business.

Just want to say that sheaffers mechanical did a fantastic job on replacing my heat pump and air handler unit. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.
