Needed 2 split rail fence gates repaired due to age (10+ years) since fence installed - same company. Jonathan's communication on options and transparent pricing was great. Jud came out to do the repairs. We did walkaround with him to inspect all areas of fence and discuss best approach for repairs like if gate posts should be replaced and considerations like cost of spot repairs like this to get a few more years vs eventual full replacement. Jud was very friendly and professional and his attention to detail on the repairs was excellent. Great to have functioning and good looking gates again. These guys are absolutely outstanding! We were fed up with our old deteriorating wood privacy fence - Integrous came out fast, provided an estimate and got us on the schedule right way. While Covid pushed their schedule back a bit, when the installers showed up they were professional, very receptive to some small changes - and got the job done on time and our new Trex fence looks amazing! I would definitely recommend Integrous!
