Our in-ground pool is 20 years old now. The company we used to install our pool is no longer in business. We had been using both Bob’s Pools and Fox Pools for continued maintenance after our original company closed. We now are ONLY using Bob’s as our experience with Fox was not at all satisfactory. When we recently had issues with our pool equipment which was installed by Fox a couple years ago, Fox did not help us in any way to resolve our issues. I again turned to the amazing people at Bob’s and explained our situation. Within a few days they resolved our equipment issue and went above and beyond what I expected. Our aquatic engineers, Wade and Devon, were PHENOMENAL! Both were super friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard—they went above and beyond while opening our (antiquated) cement in-ground. (I stuck around to watch and chat—assisted when I could; I know I was being nosy, but they didn’t seem to mind, lol). I told them they could come to our first pool party as soon as it was clean and clear, and the light has been replaced. Something about an interchangeable LED light??? #Need (Thanks, Devon, for putting in a separate service request w/ Donald, the aquatic electrician.)
Here’s to cleaning the filters twice a day for the next 2 weeks! ? ? #cheers... read full review
