The guys who come out to do the actual work are fantastic!!! They’re hardworking, polite, and efficient. The service experience at the front desk can vary. I find the (grown) women to have somewhat of an edge unnecessarily. The girls are always sweet. Bottom line is you can’t go wrong with Bobs just prepare yourself for who’s behind the desk.
Bob’s Pools Inc. did an outstanding job with the excavation and installation of my fiberglass pool. They were subcontracted by my pool company, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with their professionalism and expertise.
The entire crew was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to walk me through each step of the process. They even let me know when the pool was arriving so I could watch it come up the road—a moment I had been looking forward to! They explained the importance of using crushed stone for the backfill and made sure I understood why it was the right choice for the longevity of the pool.
