Extremely helpful even when I didn't know what I needed. Working from a description put together what I needed for my pump to sand filter. I suggest you take a picture of what you are working with, it makes their job easier.

Free water testing is a big plus, and they will give you the exact advice you need to get your pool balanced. They do a great job opening and closing our pool, although the prices have definitely gone up quite a bit, but what hasn't?

I had the privilege to work with the guys from Bob’s Pools and not only did he answer every question I had before I purchased the pool he help me through the whole process of installation (DIY kit). This is a family company and they take pride in making the customer happy! Very Satisfied!
