Our in-ground pool is 20 years old now. The company we used to install our pool is no longer in business. We had been using both Bob’s Pools and Fox Pools for continued maintenance after our original company closed. We now are ONLY using Bob’s as our experience with Fox was not at all satisfactory. When we recently had issues with our pool equipment which was installed by Fox a couple years ago, Fox did not help us in any way to resolve our issues.
