I have nothing but great things to say. I had woken up to no heat and troubleshooted what I could. Upon further investigation I saw water and knew I needed to call someone. John's company sent someone out right away. They were super kind and fixed everything in just a few hours. I was worried about cost but it wasn't bad at all. I will definitely use them in the future.

So grateful for John’s A/C service. Our A/C quit yesterday and we figured out we needed to call in early this morning. I called at 8:00 AM, service arrived and started at 8:45 AM, cold air was blowing at 9:30 AM. I was told what the problem and the repair was and how to prevent. 100% A-1 service. I’m glad John’s is in our area.

Excellent service. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommend for both plumbing and A/C service. We needed a new A/C unit. They provided options for different types of units with costs.
