American Rooter provides quality plumbing services for homes and businesses across NEPA. The crew keeps pipes flowing with professional and knowledgeable service. Dennis was a real professional. He explained everything and quickly made the repairs. Dennis did a phenomenal job resolving a leak and solving a high water bill issue. Jordan serviced a sewer system and was professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the problem and shared helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He didn’t leave until the job was completely resolved. Geslin did an amazing job fixing plumbing problems. He communicated well during the diagnostic and walked through the needed work, though communication was less consistent on the return visit. The service crew Charles B, Chris, Mike, Hunter, and Dakota did exceptional work and were very professional. They left the site clean after a sewer lateral repair and replacement. Customers recommend American Rooter and would definitely use the service again.
Jordan from American Rotors came to my house to service our sewer system. Initially, my husband and I thought we were dealing with a plumbing issue because our sink wasn’t draining properly, but we soon found out the blockage was actually in our sewer line.
Jordan was professional from start to finish and didn’t leave until the job was completely resolved. He took the time to explain what the problem was and even shared helpful tips on how we can prevent it from happening again in the future.

When Geslin first came out to do a diagnostic he was great, he communicated well and walked me through what work was needed to be completed to fix my plumbing problems. On his return to do the work he didnt communicate well with me and when he was done I had to ask him was he done because he looked like he was about to leave. If he had the same energy the first time and when he asked me to give him a review throughout the entire process then maybe he would've received a 5 star. Im quite sure hes a great guy. Just don't communicate when you need a 5 star review. Although, as you can see he did an amazing job
