I am so glad that I found them! We moved into a new house with a septic system - something we had never had experience with before. We knew we would have to have our septic tank pumped out, but didn't know what to expect. Every step of the way was made easy by them and every person we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable. The price was much better than competing companies and they didn't try to upsell us on anything. The fact that they are family-owned and local made it all the better.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a dental emergency. Got in quickly & wow . Dr. Sharpless was amazing & compassionate. Explained my situation, she made me feel so comfortable, understood my big concerns and we both decided on the best route to take. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I are first time home buyers and were looking for someone to inspect our first home. We came across Jim Battaglia's Home Inspections and read the great reviews. All the while making it a fun experiencing. I went into the experience anxious and nervous, and never thought a home inspection would be something we would enjoy, but we did. This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices are very reasonable. My dog LOVES it here! The pool is amazing, the entire facility is very clean and you can rest easy knowing your pup is in great hands! Customer for life!

Good place and good people. Inspection is generally a flat rate throughout the state, but somehow this place is cheaper than others. I will return for as long as they're open and operating the business.
