Incredible service starting on my first call to Sheila. Excellent service in scheduling options and communications. Both Alex and Bo out at the house are the best! I hope all 3 are notified as to how happy I am with their outstanding work! Thank you very much, John
Alex came out to run a dye test on our septic tank and could not have been friendlier, helpful, or knowledgeable. He told us exactly what he was going to do, what should happen and then walked us through the explanation as the test was run. Highly recommend his service!
I just wanted to say that these guys are fantastic. Woke up this morning to realize we had slow drains. Called economy septic and explained our problem and they literally were out to my house within a couple hours, problem resolved. Meanwhile we are in the middle of an absolute heat wave and they still came out and took care of our problem that quickly. Sheila in the office is very nice to work with and the field tech John was extremely nice as well.
