We came home from Texas and water pipes had burst. Called Mike and he came out promptly and fixed the pipes, as well as checking out our furnace and replaced bad expansion tank. He was very helpful during a very stressful situation!

1st time I used them, they were EXCELLENT.
2nd time: Called, spoke to answering service, they never called back.
After a week of calling, being told they would call me back and me calling again, I stopped playing that game.
4 stars because when they are good they are excellent.
2 stars because they did not call me back and now I am going another weekend with a flooded basement

Excellent Service! First local HVAC company that has worked on my boiler that both knows more about the boiler than I do, and is responsible enough to actually fix more than just the immediate problem (which avoids calls down the road).
