Excellent Service! First local HVAC company that has worked on my boiler that both knows more about the boiler than I do, and is responsible enough to actually fix more than just the immediate problem (which avoids calls down the road).

We've had our furnace serviced and repaired a couple times in the past 2 years - the latest was a bad igniter and a faulty sensor. Karns Plumbing & Heating came out within an hour of my call and got us back up and running. The cost was reasonable and service was great.
