We are grateful for the excellent service we received from Overhead Door of Franklin. When we called we were hoping they could come the same day and within an hour we received a call a tech would come at 1:00. Travis Adams was our technician and he did an awesome job. He got right to work, installed new equipment, reprogrammed our opener and took time to reprogram another remote for the other door. We appreciate the service we received from Travis and Overhead Door.
Had an issue with my "20-ish" year old Overhead garage door receiver...they helped me diagnose the problem (was the control board), had it in stock at a reasonable price, and even gave me pointers on how to install it. Thanks for your excellent customer service!
The company i work for hired them to install dock restraints for the trucks. The work was top notch. Service and customer support were on top of everything! When they were here they helped us fix a few small issues with our dock levelers. I highly recommend overhead door for any door related needs!
