The meticulous detail that they apply is nothing short of amazing. Aaron is one of the most compassionate people I've ever met. He spends as much time as needed with families making sure everything is exactly as they imagine it. He will answer and explain ever detail with a wealth of knowledge one will come to appreciate at this time of need. Tom is just as wonderful however his true superpower is his artistry and his makeup skills. He spends hours over the course of days working on each person.
