“Came in for a new style for my hair. Sat and waited for over an hour and a half. Completely understood the reasoning for it, and the front desk woman was very kind and kept me very much informed and updated. My stylist was very nice as well, the atmosphere was fun and very clean. I'm giving this three stars only due to the fact that I showed my hair stylist many pictures of what I was looking for, and I ended up with a botched job, I asked for curtain bangs and layering to my face the only thing I got were curtain bangs on the one side that were very blunt and looks horrible, the other side is somewhat what I've asked for. My hair is completely uneven it looks horrible, i am very upset with the way it turned out, however everyone there was very kind wish my experience was better.Update to my review, hours later SAKARI has called me and offered a appointment with a wonderful stylist, they got me right in for Monday hope everything turns out wonderful! Went and seen Rosemary, not only did she give me a beautiful haircut and fixed the problems, she herself was upbeat and fun! Will definitely be making future appointments with her! Changed my review to 5 stars. They had an issue and the way they went about and fixed the problem gives the situation a 5. Thank you for caring about your clients!“

“I went last week to get a haircut with Melinda and I’m in love with it! I was pretty nervous since I was going from lower back to armpit length hair but Melinda not only listened to what I wanted but she also asked questions to ensure I was getting the haircut I wanted. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this satisfied after a haircut! This place is definitely a 10/10, plus the prices are so reasonable!“
