Our experience with this place was an absolute DISASTER. We waited MONTHS to get in for our 1st appointment. (And I’m not talking like 2 months…I mean 6) With limited insurance it was our closest option, but literally every single interaction was a headache. My teen daughter had severe cystic acne, which not only affected her self esteem but often times very painful too. She had been dealing with this for years, so as you can imagine, she was very excited for her 1st appointment. She literally crossed off the days on her calendar & each day would say to me “Guess what Mom, only 12 more days!” Little did we know…she’d leave that appointment in tears.

Temple and I assume all health care in this country are more then capable of helping people but insurance and money, rule the system! Im sickened by the fact that for almost a year and the now on our 3rd Doctor, 3 different "specialists"... meanwhile suffering in pain daily with no medicine that actually helps, so after 3 months and a spine surgery with no pain relief we have another appointment with the new doctor.. Doctor number 3,who btw we spent 1hr 30 min talking with while he did another workup taking notes who didn't actually do anything to help that day, so after almost a month waiting for the first app for injection relief or w.e our family car was totaled because...read full review
