Landis trouble shot out existing AC unit for a leak and ultimately replaced it with a new AC unit. He was a good communicator and did his best to inform us of the pros and cons of various options for us to arrive at the best solution for us. He was hard working and hands-on from start to finish, troubleshooting on day one and replacing the entire system on day two. The new system works great. We highly recommend Landis.

We recently had an issue where our A/C suddenly stopped working and Hertler Plumbing and HVAC came out quickly and got us taken care of. They were able to figure out the problem faster than we expected, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed without any hassle. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Really thankful for the quick service and would absolutely use them again.
