Dr. Horwitz was willing to take time and listen to my concerns about Ben and Rio's diet. He got back to me in within a day regarding diet issues. My calls are always answered. It's great to have a vet who listens to the pet parent. LOVE the staff - Liz Ann and Sandy. Techs are really good with my dogs.
Appreciate everything the team did to help us prepare for Buster's tooth extraction and afterwards. We also appreciate how careful you were when shaving his forepaw for the IV! We really appreciate that you only shaved the area that was needed vs a wide swath. His skin wasn't irritate or cut. We can tell you how much this attention to care means to us. You're the best! I was reluctant to change my vet as I finally found the one. You know, when you have a tech you love and a vet you love… you never want to leave.
Alas I moved and the drive was no longer sustainable for my old anxious dog.
Dr. Muriel Enders is an angel. Precautious without being an alarmist, down to earth, took time to explain things to me, super calm energy.
She called me at 8pm to follow up on a thought she had about an ailment my dog has. What a truly wonderful veterinarian. Feeing lucky to have come across Dr Enders and looking forward to sticking with the practice.
