We dropped off a jacket to have the zipper replaced in early January. Excuses were given regarding priorities to brides, which is completely understandable, however we are still waiting. I have called and gone there twice to inquire to no avail. I am still without my jacket or an explanation if I will ever get it back. Yelp won't let us give zero stars. For John. You have the number!! This is the shadiest business I've ever heard of!!
